You're sitting under an apple tree - hearing the birds calling - during the winter months they look for food in the mornings - the sky shimmers red - you close your eyes - walking through your past - imagining everything you felt, smelt, and heard - realizing - you will not experience them again - there is no grief - no clinging onto memories - only release - this feeling spreads like waves through the body - into the limbs and further - giving rise to thoughts of wonder - what will dawn upon you in the next chapter.
